RWHARI is a Non-governmental organization (NGO) governed by executive council who are usually elected into office for a tenure of three years and a team of management staff; holds quarterly meetings with the Board of trustee and monthly meetings with members to establish space for accountability. The organization has in place a project management team who are responsible for project management. The organization will continue to be managed by the executive council with support from the management team which comprises of the Programme officer, M&E officer and Finance Officer. The management team is responsible for project management.
